Australian Immigration - Bonus points for skilled Australian Migration applications

There are 5 bonus points on offer under those skilled migration visa categories that are points tested. These are available if the main applicant:

• Has worked legally in Australia in a Skilled Occupation for at least 6 months in the last 4 years (except for those applicants who have worked in Australia on a bridging visa), or
• Has fluency in one of Australia's community languages other then English, or
• Invests at least A$100,000 in an approved Government investment for a term of at least 12 months
  

Note that there are only 5 bonus points on offer: you can't obtain 10 points by satisfying 2 out of the 3 above criteria.
