What can you pay online ?

You can submit payment for any BCIS Service by :-

Please include your BCIS Client ID (CID) number in ALL payment methods when you submitted payment to BCIS !

1) Credit Card

  • Make a payment online
  • Print a form and fax your card details to us (you can download a copy of the of the Payment Form here by selecting it from the list of documents on the right side of this page).

2) By Direct Bank Transfers

  • Download the form (right of this page under downloads) for bank account details. Please remember to fax the form to us, as well as your bank deposit slip to verify payment and to allow us to track and allocate your payment to your account.

3) By Bank Draft or bank guaranteed cheque (check)

  • Payments by Bank draft must be made payable to BCIS CONSULTANTS TRUST ACCOUNT and will only be available for payment to 3rd parties (e.g for occupations assessments or Visa applications) from Trust account after it has been cleared (can take up 2 to 7 days).
  • Please note that your application may only be lodged after the draft has been cleared and you should make provision for this when submitting payments.
  • If you do not have a Credit Card, we have several other payment options for you to choose from below.
  • Once you have made your choice, we will provide you with the information you will need when making your payment.
  • For the fastest delivery of your migration pack and assessment, go to the Credit Card option.
  • Standard Telegraphic Transfer
    • This is a fast and reliable method of electronically transferring funds internationally. You can perform a Telegraphic Transfer at your local bank.
      Time for payment to reach BCIS 2 to 7 days.
  • SWIFT Transfer
    • Secure Worldwide International Funds Transfer.
      This is a form of Telegraphic Transfer as described above, however not all banks use this system.
      Time for payment to reach BCIS 2 to 7 days.
  • Bank Cheque
    • This is a cheque which is purchased from the bank using a currency nominated by you, in exchange for the cash equivalent of your local currency.
      Time for payment to reach BCIS 15 to 30 days.
  • Money Order
    • This is a bank or post office payment order similar to a cheque.
      Time for payment to reach BCIS 15 to 20 days.
  • Personal Cheque
    • This is a cheque written by you in your local currency.
      Time for payment to reach BCIS 15 to 30 days and a further 30+ days for clearance.
